The practical portion of SR-948 was a hoot! It seems that we had weather from all four seasons (probably a result of that crazy weather man Greg's weather reports). The patrols melded and the tickets are written. Work on those tickets and earn those beads! We look forward to attending your beading ceremonies.

The SR-948 staff completed its staff development weekend and is ready for the course to start. They worked on presentations, documentation, and patrol assignments. They also ate very well. Thanks Larry! We'll see everyone Friday morning.

The third staff meeting was held on the 17th of January and things are looking good. Unfortunately for us, Jack will be moving in mid-February and won't be participate in the SR-948. Jack - thanks for all you have done, we'll miss you.
Next on the agenda is staff development weekend at Skymont!

SR-948 staff completed its second staff development meeting. These folks are crazy. Donuts are good brain food. Donuts, cookies, and energy drinks are better. Zach was looking for root bear, but to his dismay, there was none to be found.
Note: Paying staff Wood Badge fees should not be the only Christmas gift planned for ones' spouse.
The staff bios have been updated with photos where available.

The first staff meeting is complete. We went through the intros and Mary taught us a bunch of stuff. It looks like this course will have a great staff. We quickly discovered that Dennis brought an energy drink. Dennis doesn't need energy drinks.

AHOLA! The scribes are working with senior staff, preparing for the first staff meeting in November.
