Dorothy Morris Biography

Dorothy Morris began volunteering in cub scouts when her son joined.  Some of her roles included trainer, assistant cubmaster, assistant webelos leader, and Round Table Commissioner.
When her son crossed over to boy scouts she registered as a committee member and later became an assistant scoutmaster.  She is still active with Troop 80 even though her son, an eagle scout, is now in college.  He is the OA Lodge secretary and she is his advisor.
Dorothy has taught at Pow Wow’s, and University of Scouting.  She has served on the Mountain District training committee, and as a unit commissioner.  She is currently Mountain District Commissioner.
During Wood Badge SR 655 she was in the Antelope patrol.  She was made an honorary Beaver as troop guide during SR-831.  During SR-948 she was an instructor.
